David has really outperformed all other brokers in the choices provided to me by Zillow and
from Bankrate.com. During my first conversation with David I was really impressed with the investigative research he did on
the property that I was interested in, and his attention to details has been way beyond what any other brokers had offered.
My first call to him was on a Saturday afternoon and I requested an LSR that evening, he promised to have on by 5pm and when
I checked my email, it was there before 5pm. I did not know David before this transaction, but he has taken personal interest
in seeing this loan go through, being there in every step of the process. He has always delivered what he has promised and
even exceeded expectations in every count.
His lender fees, from what I saw were about average not rock bottom
or sky high. Personally I did not want to go with a broker with the lowest lender fees, as I had heard stories of bait
and switch. I preferred to work with David, I had a smooth transaction with no headaches.
Working
with David has been a very good experience, very personable, honest and has a great family. I think all together
he is a top notch person to work with. David has gone the extra mile for me - for which I am truly grateful.
